Some important details....
Duration of the Programmes
The January school holiday programmes are all 4 sessions (with the exception of the Social Teens groups which are 3 sessions). All Term 4 programmes run for 10 weeks. The system will only allow you to register for the first session as we need to confirm the programme with you via phone.
Fees
The on-line booking system takes a $100 deposit to hold your child's place in the programme. This fee is credited to the cost of the sessions once the programme commences. When children have NDIS funding we refund this directly to you on commencement of the programme.
All groups are charged at the regular NDIS rates. Fees vary and are determined by the duration of the sessions (eg 60 or 90 minutes), the number of sessions in the programme, the number of children in the group and the number of therapists required to run the group. Fees include time for preparation, pack-away and notes. We generally have a ratio of 1 therapist to 2 children. Fees are discounted for non-funded families. Please contact us to discuss this.
Service Agreements
A signed service agreement is also required to confirm your child's place (NDIS funded only). We will send this to you once the deposit is received.
Cancellations
Our programmes are full programmes and credits are not available. If your child is unable to attend a session for any reason the therapists will provide you with relevant resources to practice the group content at home (where appropriate).
Staff
There are always at least two therapists allocated to our group programmes. The website only allows us to show one name above!
Group Reports
We routinely provide reports for all term programmes and school holiday groups that are 8+ sessions. Reports are provided for shorter programmes (eg 4 sessions) on parent request. The fees are as per NDIS therapy rates with discounts available for non-funded families.
