Glenda's Story

Glenda has a broad range of skills and experience and is able to provide a full range of paediatric OT services. Her specialist skills lie particularly with early intervention and preschoolers, Sensory Processing, and children on the Autism spectrum. She is brilliant at managing tricky behaviour and supporting families with effective strategies.

When we asked Glenda why she enjoyed her role she said, "Being an OT is so much more than just a job. It is being given the privilege of journeying alongside a child and a family as they work towards being the best that they can be in all the daily activities and routines expected of them no matter what size challenges they have to face along the way. I get to celebrate their successes, support them through their setbacks and marvel at their determination and resilience. I love that OT allows for never ending learning opportunities for both client and therapist".
