Juané is a passionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who brings warmth, creativity, and structure to her work with children. Her clinical background includes both hospital-based neurorehabilitation and private paediatric practice, giving her a strong foundation in supporting children with a variety of needs — including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and learning difficulties.

She has a special interest in early childhood development and enjoys working with children in kindy through to early primary school.  Juané is skilled at adapting therapy activities to match each child’s strengths, interests, and goals, using a play-based approach that encourages confidence and meaningful participation.

Juané is known for her calm, responsive, and collaborative style, which helps her build strong and trusting relationships with both children and their families. She works closely with parents, carers, and educators to ensure therapy goals are practical, achievable, and relevant to everyday life.

When asked what she loves most about her work, Juané says:
"I love the connections I build with children and their families. Watching trust grow and being part of a child’s journey as they overcome challenges, is something really special."
