Hello, I'm Jeen!
Jeen Tan, Speech Pathologist
Jeen is an energetic, compassionate Speech Therapist who completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours (Speech Pathology) at Curtin University in 2025. While studying Jeen worked with us at Skillbuilders Therapy for 2 years as a Therapy Assistant. In this capacity she developed many skills working with children individually as well as in small groups.
Jeen has had experience working at Ability WA as well as a private Speech Therapy clinic, and at several Primary Schools. She has a keen interest in working with children to support them in communicating effectively with others and developing their confidence to thrive within the community.
Jeen has particular interests in helping children with speech sound difficulties, as well as helping children with literacy concerns.

When Jeen isn't at Skillbuilders she loves baking, pilates and trying new desserts!
We asked Jeen why she loves her work she said, "I believe that effective communication is essential for all individuals to be able to express their feelings, wants and needs. I’m glad to be an advocate for kids to build their confidence and support them in communicating with others."
