
Hello, I'm Vivian!
Vivian Tan, Speech Pathologist
Vivian is a compassionate Speech Pathologist who completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) at the University of Sydney in 2012. Since then she has worked exclusively in paediatrics, gaining extensive specialist experience. Vivian has worked in tertiary hospitals, schools and private practices in both Singapore and Australia.
Over the course of her career, Vivian has developed experience providing assessment and intervention in the communication domains of speech, language and fluency difficulties. She is certified in numerous therapy methods including Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, the SOS Approach to Feeding, and the Lidcombe Programme for speech fluency. Vivian has also delved into clinical education of students and graduate therapists, and finds fulfilment in enabling the next generation of therapists.
Vivian has a special interest in feeding and swallowing difficulties. She also enjoys working at Fiona Stanley Hospital in an interdisciplinary team providing holistic and practical supports to families with children experiencing feeding difficulties.

Vivian has a range of skills and experience and can provide a full range of paediatric Speech Pathology services.
Along with her speech therapy role Vivian is a parent to 5 children! So she has significant practical experience with supporting language and communication development in children!
When we asked Vivian why she loves her work she said, "I enjoy working collaboratively with children and their families to help them achieve their communication and feeding goals".
